I don't know them, but I know about other companies running that type of internet. It beats dialup, beats satellite internet, but it doesn't beat anything else for speed, bandwidth and reliability. You don't want to be near the edge of one of their service coverage areas.

But they'd be charging a lot more than Comcast for the same speed and they have incredibly terrible reviews, worse many times over than Comcast.

Yep, those are the perils of living in the boonies. I lived with satellite internet for over a year. Man that truly sucked, as they put in place a download restriction. If you exceeded 200 MBytes in a day, they throttled you back to slower than dial up speeds for 24 hours. Heck you couldn't do a windows update and not blow that out of the water.

Right now with 4 people, we are averaging over 10 GB a day, up and down that is.

The compressor clutch wasn't engaging, I tracked it down to a relay. 2 autozones later, I found the part. 14 bucks.
