oh they are cooking with "weird" ingredients on top chef canada...crocodile..yuck...why don't they have some zebra...zebra is good...

coffee is making me very awake.

woke up, sat up, very dizzy. got out of bed, walking like a drunken sailor. called Dad, did vocal linguistics test, no symptoms of brain stroke (me), so ....

fml - I have the flu, during the last week of school. gak.

fyi....as I was looking at hubs yesterday I remembered the toothless wonder comment....bursted out laughing and could not stop...told hubs you said something funny at some point but there was no point in explaining since out of context he would not get it....so terrible. Bad !

You should watch more reality tv shows, like the MoonShiners, Hoarders, etc,

to get a better perspective of the Appalachian term 'Toothless Wonder' .

for me, I extrapolate a bit , where 'toothless' means (to me) - no knowledge, no power, no life experiences, no morals, no moral center, no sense of duty, honor or country ...

in essence, the anti-thesis of a US Marine.

Sometimes those cooking shows make me wonder why and how anyone could eat the stuff they are cooking And mid-afternoon coffee sounds good because I am hoping it will make me very awake too. :yes:
