Don't send her unless you know she will have life guards supervising. My daughter went to a party at a hotel. The pool and hot tubes where used and no life guards. I found out a few years later that my daughter went under lost consciousness and the parents weren't really watching. No one even told me I think they told her to not tell either, it slipped one day a few years later. I could of lost my daughter that night, I wanted to rip those ppl to shreds.

Oh, I will definitely be there, but there are good lifeguards there and I know they watch the little ones very well.

I can not believe they didn't call an ambulance or call you and just tried to cover it up! Reminds me of some parents in town who hosted a teen party and let the kids drink, well this one kid passed out from alcohol poisoning, could not be roused, so what do they do? Save precious time calling an ambulance? No, they load him into the car and drive him to one of the hospital outposts who are really only equipped to deal with more minor things and have to ambulance cases like this to the hospital anyway. Kid died and of course, they didn't wait with the kid...just practically shoved him out of the car, and these are well-educated parents who are doing this!

I still can't believe they covered it up. I just wish I knew who exactly was supposed to be watching the kids because I would of said something, and it would not of been pretty.

Hubby had his surgery today, and all went well. He is still very woozy and achy, and is asleep right now. I have to go back tomorrow though so he's going to have a rough time without anyone to wait on him.

I also have some unflattering pictures I could share if I was feeling mean... But we'll keep those for blackmail I suppose.

It is tedious and I just don't know why - I've got an A and all. I think it is just because I know I'm not going to use it. I also hate this not having a paper book and these endless recordings that he doesn't even grade. Part of me thinks I should just suck it up and do the III and IV courses for the easy A, but the other part is not sure I can take the pain for another semester.

Back was better upon awakening this morn, but hosed it again during shaving and while trying to pull on socks. Was focusing on boring project all day to detract from the pain. Was leaning against heating-pad the whole time, which didn't help during sitting, which for the first time ever is the most painful activity. Stairs, too, are interesting.* Got fresh Rx of muscle-relaxants to replace the leftovers from 2001. Shall pop Heap Strong Medicine again tonight and see what results, loopy man.

Must find way to mow lawn before weekend, tallgrass man. Ought to damn the pain, pop 2 or Many aspirin, and go for it, ouch man.

*Cute little Mini-B. climbs them behind me and helps by lifting my heel toward the next step. He's something else, wee man.
