Timeline

So I wanted to double check this 'false' checklist we got yesterday. After a half hour on hold, I asked the operator if we had any outstanding checklists or anything on our case, and she said "No, I don't see any. As a matter of fact, your case was completed yesterday." We're both on cloud 9 right now, and a bit in disbelief. I think I might have told the operator I loved her.

We didn't get confirmation of enrolling, I seem to recall, until we re-submitted the EP enrol email (at the operator's request). NVC's email correspondence is spotty at best; sometimes I would get an immediate auto-response acknowledging that I sent an email to them, sometimes not. Sometimes I'd get a confirmation email a week or two later, sometimes not. If there's one thing I've learned about EP at NVC, it's that you can't rely on NVC acknowledging or confirming receipt of anything, even though operators insist that they do every time you send them anything. It's kind of a catch 22; the operator tells you that if you didn't receive a confirmation email, it wasn't received. Yet, they don't always send confirmation emails, and the operator can't give you a definitive answer one way or another. Their response is speculation based on a flawed and inconsistent program.

Well it must be new since last year I never had an issue getting an email auto response.

People doing EP may want to suggest a technician look at the problem as it wasn't an issue last year.
