Hi All,

We are about to put together the 601 waiver that was requested from the embassy in Jordon, My lawyer saying we need to get a prove of when he came to USA and documents from the court that shows deportation judgement was filed against him, Lawyer submitted request to the immigration to show history of my Fiance when he was caught illegal , but the immigration said they could not find anything. I am not sure if that is possible, and i do not know if that is a required evidence to the waiver. If anyone know, please help. When my Fiance went to the embassy for his interview, the counsel told him he has to file a waiver as he is unadmissable to USA till 2016.

We got all other proves the embassy requested, We met in person again in Feb 2014.

Thank you

Good Luck to all

Was he "caught" at the airport and sent home? Of was he out on the streets and picked up. It sounds like he went to a local immigration hearing , which would be a federal court

He came in thru land from virgin island, they set him a court date, he went to a lawyer for consultation , the lawyer told him not to go to court, so he did not go to court neither he know what judgment they had on him, he moved to another state and lived illegal for 5 years then left on his own, he was not caught again during his stay . Do you think they still have his paperwork from 2001? and where to look for it? My lawyer said he requested from the immigration but no record showed for him.

That is one ban that has gone by. He will need to evidence his departure.

Probably will....al documents from his country since he been back

would be good soure of proof he was home after leaving and stayed out

Medical visits, school he may have attended, bank sips signed by him

making withdrawals (anyone an dep to an acct)pay-stub from jobs there

and tax paid, events like baptisims, newspaper articles featuring him

for some reasons etc are some of the proof showing he left, and was home

I think every 2-3 mths must be amounted for.Missing the court date is

a major prob unless U can prove U did not receive that info, by his atty

advising him not to go to court that was bad

Arriving by land from Virgin Island how ?> curious

Maybe U should apply for FOIA from ICE

If he was deported he will need 2 waivers

He has documents from there like, apt leasing, employer, he can get proofs from there no problem.

Yes, that lawyer made it worse.
