13 days for them to receive it after it has left USCIS building

42 days to receive a case # ( maybe earlier 30 days or so)

if everything goes well and sending packet out on time your looking at about 4 months at NVC . I have been there since DEC 1 and Im on day 10 of my 60 days wait.

every step of the way you will be calling.. well with the horror stories of NVC not even receiving packets . you would want to call to see if they even have it! so that's a call in about 13 days from it leaving the building.. then .. if you don't call to get your case # then you will be waiting about a month for them to send it to you in the mail. in that month you could have paid both AOS fee and IV fee , filled out both forms and have sent your packet off with a scan date!!!!!!!! yea .. get it?

not keep them but to get your stuff done and out of NVC in less time! it seems they take 30 days for every step! with that process you will be at NVC for a year lol!! once you get a scan date for your packets its resting time and just waiting. its just getting all the fees paid and forms filled out before hand

remember when you call to get your case # gets your IIN number as well so you can finish up everything

Speed dial will be your best friend and patience your biggest virtue! You will seriously call and call and call and then call again and then call some more.... are you getting the hint here? LOL The good thing is they close at midnight (although I think they stop accepting calls about 11 or 11:30) because you are on hold for a very long time! (My personal experience has been 32 to 49 minutes for each call I've made) Best of luck to you!

Oh and that's midnight EST and they seem to close often when it snows a lot -- which this winter, has been more often than usual unfortunately!!

my calls has been 50 to 70 attempts 45 min to an hour . they say its best to call early when they first open or late when they about to close. i only called them about 6 times total since i been there in dec .
