yup its really simple its just making sure you don't miss anything that's all. and what they want is pretty detailed as well. with the EZ make sure all the boxes are Xed.. like the citizen and military one .. when you X it and print it out sometimes the X disappear .. and also the Xs disappeared on when it says I have the past 3 taxes and the option one that I have attached them... so just double check if you haven't already that everything that's needs a X in the box has it.

Also I've heard on Part 3, you should fill in your address again even though it says only if different from mailing address. Don't leave any blanks and like she said above, once you print out, check and re-check to make sure all boxes have an "X" where applicable. I tried several times and it kept deleting the X. So once printed, use black ink and hand write the X where applicable. And also ensure you are counting the right number in the household on Part 4. Don't count anyone twice. I was able to print out my IRS Transcripts from the IRS website right away. A lot quicker than waiting for them to mail out. Good Luck!

oh...btw... on jan. 04 we payed the AOS bill for my case but we still not able to pay the IV bill, is that normal?

and one more question, my hubby was unemployed for 2 month last year , on the form I-864 part 6 they ask " my current annual income" what should we put there? the income he had 2014? do we have to figure out how much he got? but we have no proof, cuz he didnt file taxes for last year yet

do we put the annual income from the last tax return? but his income changed since he is no longer working the same job

this is so confusing :help:

just got this about an hour ago

I do know that the Service Center is trying to get through cases as quickly as possible; however, there is a high volume. I have sent an inquiry to USCIS to inquire on the status of the I-130. I understand the frustration for a long wait, and I apologize on USCIS’s behalf. Thank you so much for your continued patience, and hopefully I will have a response soon that I can share with you.

Kindest regards,

Adrienne

For the IV fee they say it takes about 30 days but if your AOS shows paid you can try what I did and call them and ask if they can view your DS 260 and release your IV fee , might get lucky

Ok with the current annuel income you thought like I did and I was gonna put what I made last year .. But it has nothing to do with the year .. Today right now how much is your husvand making .. That's what you put . With this part last year means nothing . So has of today what will your husband make this year . If he is salaried put that amount if he is hourly X his checks by the weeks and figure it out that way

And sorry for your rfe :(

he is on a hourly payment, so i just estimate it? ...like when he gets $30/ h i go 30x40(h)x4weeksx12 month? oh...and he didnt file taxes for the past 3 years, he only did for 2013 and 2012 because in 2011 he was unemployed, we dont check the box then? would that be alright?

thank you for answering, its somethimes really overwhelming, especially for me, english is my 3rd language and i have to admit i dont understand everything yet :(

Your doing good to me!! Ok with the not filing taxes it's best to ask that question in the NVC thread there are so many that can answer your question , I don't know the answer but I'm almost postive someone will help , I asked many questions

And yes hourly rate X hours work at week X 4 weeks X 12 . Make sure you take in account if he gets paid 3 times in one month .. For example two times out of the year i get paid three times in one mont and not two times so that goes into account.... im salried so I just put my annuel income but when I calculated it I noticed that my job took in account those two times I got paid 3 times in those two months

i just don't want you to get a checklist for being 100 $ off lol

they dont even say what they need, my hubby just called uscis and i was listening on skype, he wanted to know what evidence they need but the lady only read the same text i got in the email....first i didnt even understand that she is a human, i swear she sounded like a robot...he asked " what evidence exactly do u need?" and she was just reading the text... that was so weird...well, i guess we have to wait for the mail to find out what they need, its so hard...but u guys know the feeling :(

So sorry for your RFE, hopefully you'll find out soon what they want and it will be something easily fixed. That just sucks that you've gotten this far and then this happens. I don't know if it would help for you to review all of your documents/paperwork to see if you can figure out what they might need to try and get a jump on things. Best of luck to you moving forward!
