my daughters case is still stuck at uscis while i cant move forward at nvc...got same service request response-pending consideration, no word from the senats office either, so upsetting

wow that's not cool .well I hope you get an approval soon then you can expedite it at nvc! geez

Day 4 positive thought :

This process can be super stressful at all times! instead of concerning yourselves with the process talk about the things you want to do together when you finally do finish the process and be together. also I would suggest those who are not busy to find a hobby or something to do in between time to keep your mind busy with other things. if so I promise this process will feel like minutes instead of decades..

you are right about that and its not worth dwelling things that we cannot change or help.

thats why i spend my free time at the gym, lol. thank you all for all your support

when its all over we are def tacking a week or two and just catching up, no work or anything. just reconnect and have the time just us

yea i already told my work im taking a week off when he comes which counting weekends will be 9 days .. just to be together in one place! under one roof! ohhh im getting excited just thinking about it

yea im starting a gym routine as well..trying to keep busy ! plus i ordered my wedding dress like 6 months ago..im sure i cant fit in it anymore

Look at this process as just that... a process.. with every process there is a season and a end.. don't make this process your marriage, meaning don't lose love , don't lose hope, don't lose faith in why you started in the first place. you and your spouse are married no matter what country you to will reside in at the end of all this..

i have some news,

earlier today my dear hubby called uscis once again and miraculously got to speak to a supervisor who first tried to feed him with empty phrases like "pending consideration"., call again later and so on, but my hubby was persistent(oh i love him so much ) and now they will do a research on my daughters case and we should expect an answer in 5!! days.

i need everyone to pray with me and send good thoughts to the universe so we will finally get good news for my girl!

earlier today my dear hubby called uscis once again and miraculously got to speak to a supervisor who first tried to feed him with empty phrases like "pending consideration"., call again later and so on, but my hubby was persistent(oh i love him so much ) and now they will do a research on my daughters case and we should expect an answer in 5!! days.

debating on calling the service center but we all know what they will say, just be patient and call back after the 60 day mark, lol

but also tomorrow i can call and submit another service request on the I-129F. i know Vermont has not approved any in a long time but it doesnt hurt to keep bugging them, lol

well just called the call center and VSC is currently approving cases fromSeptember 2014. She was shocked that i put in 3 requests sofar and none of them was ever routed to the CAO (Customer Assistance Officer) which is the oversight office for the service centers. she said their policy is that if a case is not resolved after 2 requests they are required to send it higher on the 3rd one which never happened. so she said to call monday after the 60 days are up and put in a request to the CAO

you know from all the times i have called she is the first one who actually knew what she was talked about and actually looked into the case. i will say that they also assume we know nothing or dont do research first and they can get away with the bare minimum effort, until you ask them the hard questions and put them on the stop, lol.

It would be funny if it comes now in the next few days
