lol put it back on the bottom of the pile and start processing the october filers. i would like that if you still have people pending from well outside their own processing times you would want to make sure those get finished first. but then again that makes sense and its wrong lol. i do wonder what kind of oversight they have their, and to be if a case is outside their normal processing times, that should be grounds for an immediate expedite, then then again that makes sense so its wrong

Right?? LMAO

...or is that wrong?? LOL

I just dont get how they can justify dragging the process out. I mean all they do in input your info, look over the docs and initiate the background checks. but then again they dont understand what its like. Has anyone else ever noticed that the people at the call center all sound like kids who just graduated highschool?

I just really don't understand why the wait for everything. seriously..and why doesn't anyone on this site don't have friends at the USCIS or NVC!! lol.. I mean seriously where do they find their employees and they must have a contract not to tell anyone where they work or what goes on inside! I thought the battle was some what over but now I see nvc is a drag as well!

I dont get why you have to wait 30 days to put in inquiries. I mean does that mean then that they only look at a case once in a 30 day period? Also like i said before once a case passes their 5 month processing time, they should automatically put in an expedite, no questions asked because they failed to meet their goal

I mean the VSC has also already been processing the Request for Additional Evidence for 30 days now

I have noticed though that it doesnt seem like anything gets done until you submit a service request

They also have all this stuff on their page how they try their hardest to help out military families, but thats a load of BS

I really think your right about the service request because when I put one in the second time the lady said well lets put one in to see if anything has been cleared.. so I honestly don't think they would of checked themselves! if I didn't put in another request

yea and when you realized it then you learn to just let it be. we stopped talking about it 2 months into the process and only discussed something when I got a email , our conversations and relationship was much better off. I think stressing over stuff you cant fix will end up damaging things on the way. we refuse for that to happen especially when this process is hopefully a year and some months and we are praying if nothing happens to spend the next 70 years together... so even if by a long shot this process takes 2 years , when its all said and done it will be vapor and it would just be a memory to look back on

keep your head up! and im thinking about sticking around until all April filers get to their interview.. so ill be here if ya need someone to talk to as always!

that is try though the less you think about it the better it is. So glad there is Skype and Whatsapp. they really help. I just dont get how they can justify all this though. Call the USCIS call center and they said that the fact that they requested documents that i already submitted does not qualify for an expedite due to USCIS error. I just dont get their whole process
