April 2014 I-130 Filers

Mine is in 2 weeks I got transfer to California so I have some hope !!!

Sorry forgot to type my MSG! Lol.

Seriously though, I'm sure it was a sad day. Mine is next Monday and I'm already telling myself don't let it get to u if u still have nothing. But sometimes u just can't help it

Got a third text MSG and email this morn. Well right after midnight. Got all excited for nothing. I don't see the purpose of three of them.

It was transferred on the 21st from Nebraska to California now I got another email that it was transfer again but it dosent have a date !!

Was it really transfer :,(

The I130 IMMIGRANT PETITION FOR RELATIVE, FIANCE(E), OR ORPHAN was transferred and is now being processed at a USCIS office. You will be notified by mail when a decision is made, or if the office needs something from you. If you move while this case is pending, please use our Change of Address online tool to update your case with your new address or call our customer service center at 1-800-375-5283.

I don't get it I'm soooooo confused

It wasn't transferred again.

Our first letters said on 08/21 your case is being transferred to a local office. This letter does not say local. it says transferred to a Uscis office and is being processed

This is just confirmation that it's arrived in Cali and that's it's been touched.

Others have written abt the third email so I shouldn't have been surprised but when I got the text from them, I was just so excited, I forgot.

Hi everyone.. although ours is not IR1/CR1 , just wanted to share here (might give some hope to others). My husband (US citizen) had applied both I129 F and I130. PD April 15th and April 4th respectively. We got approval on Sept 3rd (the USCIS website was updated today). Our application was in Nebraska Service Center. So, ours got approved in 5 months.

I had been going through the forum frequently in last few months and it has been helpful.

So hopefully, you will also here good news soon. Good Luck

How many April fillers were sent to Vermont? I mean... this is nerve wrecking. With the luck my husband and I have it's gonna be lost somewhere and I'll have to open a freaking service call... arghhh

I would open a service right after my pd if I was you !! I know because the last time I called and spoke to tier 2 he told me I can open a service request after September 14 th ! Pd April 14

It just annoys me so bad! How come only Nebraska got transferred when clearly Vermont is not any faster

I'm right there with you ... early April filer (4/10/14) with VSC and still waiting.... ugh, frustrating!
