Nice! I was transferred 8 days ago... no news yet. You'll receive two emails the same day, the second one saying that your case is going to a local office but that's just an error or something. Wait for the letter in the mail which will probably say you were also transferred to CSC. Supposedly you also get a third email about a week later saying that your case is now being processed at the new service center, but I haven't received that yet.

CR-1 (Argentina): April 2014 to March 2015.

Oh god... the link you showed :( almost everyone around the time of my NOA1 got their NOA2 so far, from Vermont... it is freaking me out... what could delay me like that :( !!!!!!!!!

I wouldn't worry too much, it seems there are quite a few from March that haven't been approved yet... keep in mind also that there are some from the Philippines and those get expedited. VSC seems to have very few cases and they seem to be processing them out of order? That kind of sucks, but I think it's still more consistent than whatever NSC is doing. I'm sure you'll get approved soon!

Thank you. I am such a nerve wreck... My husband finaly get his permanent residency in Canada next week... (after nearly 3 years we just didn't believe in it anymore so we changed plans...) I can barely sleep!

Ohhh, nice. It's nice that you have two options, but are you still going through with this or are you both going to live in Canada? Keep in mind that if you're going through with this, for the NVC stage your husband will need to prove that he kept domicile in the US and did not intend to move to Canada permanently!

Oh no no, the plan is to live in USA, he is coming over for 1 week only. But we infidelity want both options :) It'll be the fisrt time father and son see each other since January... <3

I have the same problem. waiting for NOA2 it is really pain in the neck when you see other filer like may and june get their NOA2 but we are still waiting. :cry2:

I have the same problem. waiting for NOA2 it is really pain in the neck when you see other filer like may and june get their NOA2 but we are still waiting. :cry2:

You are a January filer??? did you open a ticket with them? it should not take more than 30 days after the 5 months mark!
