No, it's too early for NSC... it hasn't even been 5 months yet. Some of us have been transferred. I got my letter yesterday and it says I was transferred to CSC. I'm really hoping this means I'll be approved soon since that's what happened last month.

CR-1 (Argentina): April 2014 to March 2015.

ROC (VSC): March 2017 to March 2018.

We have paid the AOS fee & we are allowed to do the DS260, my husband is gathering his addresses from the age of 16 for that. I'm not sure if our AOS package was mailed yet, my attorney hasn't emailed me back. So that's where we are.

On August 21, 2014, we transferred this case I130 IMMIGRANT PETITION FOR RELATIVE, FIANCE(E), OR ORPHAN to another office for processing and sent you a notice explaining this action. Please follow any instructions provided on the notice. We will notify you by mail when a decision is made. If you move while this case is pending, please use our Change of Address online tool to update your case with your new address or call our customer service center at 1-800-375-5283.

Why is this ??? If i call would they tell me where the transfer to ?

Yesssssss , I really thought Nebraska was one of the faster service center but it's not I hope we get our approval soon !!!! ????

I got transferred today too and I am

Happy! Nebraska is not moving so this is a step forward !
