Hi! We filled for our case last april. We received a mail confirming that our file was received with priority date of april 22 but as of today we still didnt received the hard copy of noa1 which is to be sent to nebraska service center. How long does it take for the noa1 hard copy to be sent after confirmation? Thr noa1 is the step after submitting the initial documents right? Many thanks

The mail confirming your priority date is the NOA1, I think.

( Kabayan ) it depends ... my PD is April 25,2014 after 2 weeks I got my NOA1 hard copy by mail from CSC . then I got Approved last May 13, 2014 but no Hard copy of NOA2 yet still waiting here from Japan

Does it seem like the April filer NOA2 approvals been slowing down recently?

Averagely on this month, all USCIS seems to get slow down...

I Got my Son's ( IR2 ) NOA2 hard copy by mail yesterday . but I did not receive mine ? even we had same Approved last May 13,2014 in the USCIS . is this possible to delay my NOA2 hard copy ?

@ KayeDc , thank's Kabayan but I am worried now why I did not receive my NOA2 only my son ? We got both same time NOA 1 by mail . where is my NOA 2

It's official. I just received my NOA2 in exactly one month! I am so happy!!!

Does anybody know what the next step is after the NOA2? I want to start gathering the documents needed, but I am not sure where to start.

Not that it matters but I just got the hard copy of NoA2 today in the mail, so it took exactly one week from the email. Still waiting for my case number but I know it will take probably at least 2 more weeks from today if not longer.

Hi ! Were almost in the same boat . Were just one day ahead our approval date . did they transfer your case in NVC already ? did you got email from NVC or did you call? We never heared anything until now after the approval May 13 , 2014 . if they transfer to NVC our petiton or still in USCIS . I told to my Husband to call both and ask

Thank you for the info elvenshadow! I just got a notification today saying my case has been shipped to the Visa Center, just waiting on a case number now.
