Wanting to confirm what I believe to be the case. Preparing the paperwork for our CR-1 to go to NVC. Will the NBI Clearance suffice for Police Certificates or are additional Police Certificates required?

September 28, 2013 -- Married at Ciudad Christa resort in Metro Manila

January 2, 2014 -- NOA1

February 10, 2014 -- NOA2

February 26, 2014 -- Sent to NVC

March 5, 2014 -- Received at NVC

July 8, 2014 -- Appointment at Embassy -- APPROVED!

What I read seems to suggest that NBI will cover the entirety of Phil. Only need additional certificates if a foreign country is involved.
