Hello,

My wife had gone for her interview on March 20th and was denied visa bc she didn't have affidavit of support. I've got a joint sponsor and have going to send it the documents to her. I was told she has to take it to AEG Travel Services / American Express Travel Services and then AEG will send it to the Islamabad Embassy.

Any idea how long they take sending it over to the embassy and then how long the embassy will take to review the documents?

When we sent something in it took less than a week for the CEAC site to update the date which I'm guessing was Islamabad receiving the file. As for how long it will take the Embassy to process, there is no way of knowing. Once they get the document she will probably go into AP for awhile. Being a woman hopefully her AP will be much shorter than the typical man's wait time.
