Hey Guys,

I am quite in a dilemma right now. I just got to the US last March 30 on a K1 visa and adjusting to life here. I am also filed under a Immigration petition under EB3 category with a PD of April 2008. I was not expecting a sudden move in the EB3 petition because it has been so slow the last 4 years and suddenly it jumped to Nov 2007 putting me 5 months away before that category becomes current. If that gets current can I still take the job under that category or I totally lost that chance to work with my petitioner. At the back of my mind I want to pursue that job since it is in one of the best hospital in the US. Now I am all too confused of what to do. I hope someone can shed light about my case. Thank you!

Marie
