I've lurked periodically on this forum for years, but for the first time had a question I couldn't already find the answer to, so I decided to join.

My husband is originally from Tajikistan and we met and fell in love while he was studying in the US on an F-1 visa. Our visa journey is fortunately long over and he's been a US citizen for almost 5 years now. However, we've stayed involved in immigration issues by helping a bunch of friends and relatives (mainly from Tajikistan and Russia) with their visas, including B-2, F-1, L-1, H-1B, DV Lottery, a bunch of different types of adjustment of status, naturalization, and most recently, K-1. This forum has been a huge help many times over in these journeys, so I hope I'll be able to give back a little now that I've finally gotten around to signing up! :)
