Does transfer mean longer time processing

Hello, I am new here and have a question. I filed my K1 application at the Texas Service Center in February (they received it on February 26) and it was transferred to California. I received NOA1 on March 3 and by the next day I received notice of Alien Registration Number changed. My question is does the fact that my case was transferred from one location to the next mean it will take longer to process? Does certain countries take longer in process, in general? My application was heavily front-loaded with solid evidence of real relationship, and I am eagerly awaiting NOA2. Thank you.

With God, all things are possible.

No It won't take longer, In fact CSC is quite quick at approving the applications :)

Not transferred to the CSC. All I-129F petitions are mailed to the Dallas lockbox. That is an intake facility and not the TSC. From the intake facility, the petitions are sent either to the CSC or the TSC for processing. Yours went to the CSC.
