Yup,its doubtful that husband will be concerned about wife's removal of condition, who left him 2 years back after getting conditional gc.

Whosoever it is,removing condition will be near to impossible as she lived in other state the entire time.

hi my wife in the u.s.a right now we got file the i-751 removal of conditions in may 24 2014 the questions is can she apply for the green card lottery if she got her cr 1 visa and her 2 year green card

Giving the OP the benefit of the doubt that the marriage was entered in good faith, conditions can be removed without being married to the petitioner. If you can prove that you entered the marriage in good faith and even if it ended in divorce or separation, you can still apply to remove the conditions on your own.


You do not qualify for the DV (green card lottery) since you're from the Phillippines.
