Morning all

Well after 6 weeks i finally got interview date of 30th april at 8.30am in london.

To anyone out there i think this is the worst bit of waiting, but bare with it. If you get to 6 weeks just email through the visa contact form to check, i did and once again they had assignned me interview but no letter was recieved. 3 times now through this whole process i havent recieved a letter!!

Anyway, just wanted to run by you experienced ones my paper work to make sure i have everything.

We both live here in uk at moment:im UKC she is USC

both passports

Wifes UK indefinite leave to remain visa

wedding certificate

both birth certificates

police cert

medical docs

paperwork for sale of our house hear.

wifes just renewed drivers license USA.

wifes cosmotology licence renewed and upto date USA and has been kept upto date.

bank account in USA in my wifes name.

Job offer letter to my wife to go back to her old job in USA.

Job offer to me part time in USA.

ID Photos for both of us.

Letter from her parents stating we will stay with them temporarily.

print outs of rental properties for us to look at when we get there.

wifes last 3 years of USA TAX returns filed here in uk whilst we have been living here. form 1040.

as we are both here my brother in law has agreed to be our joint sponsor filed i-864. provided photo copies of drivers licence, birth cert, marriage cert to prove family link, tax returns. earns $###,### so poverty threashold no problem even though family of 4.

He did this in january and sent it over will it still be ok to use or will he need to redo it as were 5 months on?

got to do wifes i-864 yet. assume we put $0 in most of columns as her income is here.im sure theres a guide on here somewhere

dog has to be gone by second week in may as airlines worry about flying dogs down to the south in case they get stuck on run way and die of heat exhaustion...not something iv heard!!

This particular flight is once a week and allows us to personally ship the dog as cargo without a agent for £139.00.

Better than the £900 we were quoted through 3rd parties!! so very keen to use this option.

So we have 8 days between the interview and date of travel....you think we will be ok? Worst case we will have to change my flight and i will follow on. can i pay and speed it up, will they help out if they see we have travel plans?

on form of readiness i originally put 28th march to travel out but thats long gone.....

I registered this morning with courier

so let me know if iv missed anything

Thanks guys and anyone going through it hang in there it comes together in the end!!
