Hello,

I am a US citizen living in NJ. I am filing k-1 visa for a Chinese citizen currently studying in Japan. She moves (her address changes) frequently (like thrice a year). Her parents are in Beijing.

My question is:

1. for Part 2. Information About Your Alien Fiance. 3. a-i Alien Fiance's Mailing Address. Can I put My U.S. address in there to ensure that the mail can be received so that I can scan to her or mail it to her newest address in case of move?

2. for 29.a-f "Your fiance's address aboard." and 32.a-f. "Your fiance's address abroad (Native Alphabet)" Should I put her current Japan address or her parent's permanent Chinese address?

Thanks!

Hi,

I am Bulgarian and I live in UK. In our I-129F I put my current UK address as my " fiance address abroad" and my parents' address in Sofia, Bulgaria as my "mailing address" as I will be moving from UK back to Bulgaria in June this year. Hope that helps.

Good luck with the process!

No this would be where the Embassy would send info about the interview, once you got to that stage.

2. for 29.a-f "Your fiance's address aboard." and 32.a-f. "Your fiance's address abroad (Native Alphabet)" Should I put her current Japan address or her parent's permanent Chinese address?

Yes current address.

Thanks!

Phil (Lockport, near Chicago) and Alla (Lobnya, near Moscow)

As of Dec 7, 2009, now Zero miles apart (literally)!

Thanks for the reply.

I filed them yesterday, putting her chinese (permanent address) on all 3 fields. God bless me for not getting RFE on this one...
