So my fiancé arrived, we got married, and got her 2 years GC after AOS. Now we r waiting for her removal of conditions , so she can get her permenant GC. WE have a 1 year daughter too. I was making 32,000 yearly, but now due to slow work , my pay will be lowered to around 20k yearly. But hopefully will go up next year. So will this affect her status, and will I have to find another sponsor until she gets her permanent GC. I WAS also thinking of applying for Medicade health insurance for her and the daughter, will they get approved or she can't apply until she becomes permanent residence. Please let me know thanks everyone

Your daughter if born here is a USC and can apply for anything she needs , Your wife is limited to what she can file for for at least 5 years or until she becomes a USC. As a resident she need to have insurance under the Obama care act. You don't need any more affidavits of support but you do need to keep your wife for receiving means tested benefits

This will not be over quickly. You will not enjoy this.

Currently your wife cannot use Medicaid. You will need to get her some health insurance or pay the fine.

You do not have to keep up the I-864P poverty guidelines or have a joint sponsor.

(I'm not sure how ROC works however so you may want to check within that forum.)
