When we prepared my wife's (K-1) and stepson's (K-2) AOS/EAD/AP packages we followed the official forms instructions, the VJ AOS Guide and the VJ AOS K-2 Tips Guide:

We followed the idea of substituting "K-2" in place of "K-1" where noted in the instruction guides and tips when preparing my stepson's K-2 package. This resulted in the stepson's K-2 package essentially being a duplicate of my wife's K-1 package, except where noted and for obvious and specific differences/practicalities in the three previously mentioned references (i.e., name, dob, gender, etc.).
