March 2014 I-130 Filers...please join here. I have filed my case on March 20th, 2014. Got acceptance approval and online status is initial review.

any idea how much time NBS will take to process and approve I-130?

any idea how much time NBS will take to process and approve I-130?

They say 5 months lets see. They been saying 5 months for them all for 5 months. Expect 8 to 12. And everyone's petition is in initial review after USCIS accepts. It means you are now waiting in a box on a shelf until that day cones to adjudicate your petition.

be sure to register on uscis.gov for text and emails going forward. Congratulations on filing.

3/31/2020: submitted service request for being pass normal processing time
4/7/2020: Card being produced
4/8/2020: Approved
4/10/2020: Card mailed
4/15/2020: 10 year green card received

5/21/2019: NOA1 Date
6/13/2019: Biometrics Appt
2/27/2020: Citizenship Interview
4/7/2020: In queue for Oath Ceremony to be scheduled

Can I register now on USCIS or do I wait until I receive the noa1 letter?

Try it. All you need is the receipt number.

Thank you for the update. my application is at the same stage:

CR1 Visa

Embassy: Mumbai, India
01/23/2014 -- Marriage:

USCIS
03/04/2014 -- I130 Sent
03/05/2014 -- I130 Received (PD)
03/10/2014 -- I130 NOA1(email- transferred to TSC)
03/11/2014 -- I130 NOA1 Hard copy

Shall i calls up at NBC at follow up with my case status as sombody was telling me this can fasten the process lill bit but as far as i studied it says they will take up your application in a sequence only.
