You are wrong and using all caps to try and convey shouting about it does not make you any less wrong. It is not fraud, and they do not have to prove they had no intent. Intent is not even a reason to deny AOS.

If, I am reading this right, you came to the USA on a tourist visa, and got engaged to be married within two months!If you came here with that intent, and it certainly seems so (two months, and ready to marry).,.,., THAT is visa fraud.,.,I think I am right on this.,.,you cannot come to the USA on a tourist visa to seek a bride.,.,.,and even if that was not the intent.,.,.,,.""YOU WILL HAVE AHARD TIME PROVING THIS.,.,.,FOR SURE!"".,., Good Luck!

One question I would ask the OP is what their experience at POE was this time? Were they asked the normal 'What is the purpose of your visit?' And answered 'Vacation' and were admitted as normal. Or were more questions asked?

First of all, I am not a moderator.

Second of all, what I said was not mean, but cannot say the same for some of the things you posted in this thread. You have quite the nerve to complain that people were not 'nice enough' in correcting you when all you have done is shout in caps while spouting your misinformed opinions that had no place in this thread to begin with, and I see no posts you made in this thread that could be considered 'nice'. aaron2020 was simply pointing out your hypocrisy.
