Im a greencard holder and petitioned my new wife. Our priority date is on Feb 18 2014. Today I got the approval. How do I apply for immigrant visa/greencard for the her two minor children. I understand that I only need one petition since Im a greencard holder. Do i just fill out I-824 then apply for a immigrant visa? Right now for F2A in Philippines is Sept 8 2013. Thank you in advance

you cannot do anything right now since your wife's priority date isn't current. she cannot adjust her status until priority date became current.

Yes I know my wife cannot adjust her status, my question is how do I get the kids over here. Do I file a separate petition for them or do I need to wait for the wife to get her green card then I can have the kids follow to join

Shouldn't the kids be with their mother overseas until they all receive immigrant visas?

Overstay in the US is NOT forgiven for spouses of LPR.
