All AOS forms, including EAD, are sent to the lockbox in Chicago. The address is found in the instructions. Good luck. :)

Yes, Oklahoma City has a special pilot program. Look for the info somewhere on the net or maybe go to your local office and ask them. If it applies to you, you will need to go through that pilot program.

Good luck! :)

Note on Where to File:

For Individuals Living in the Jurisdiction of the:

*

Dallas District Office

*

El Paso District Office

*

Oklahoma City Sub Office

Effective October 23, 2006, if you are residing within the jurisdiction of the Dallas District Office,

and effective November 20, 2006, if you are residing within the jurisdiction of the El Paso District Office or

Oklahoma City Sub-Office, you must follow the special instructions in the Related Links section of his page.

And here is the info:

http://www.uscis.gov/portal/site/uscis/men...0000ecd190aRCRD

There are very clear instructions - you must file in person at your local office, IF you are under the jurisdiction of Oklahoma City office. You say you live in Jenks, check if it falls under Oklahoma City jurisdiction.

You may be in luck here :)

Go here:

https://egov.immigration.gov/crisgwi/go?act....office_type=LO

Enter your zip code.

If "Oklahoma City" comes up - follow the instructions in the link in my previous post. If something else comes up - mail your papers to Chicago.

I hope it's enough info... :)

Good luck! :)
