What else do we need, and how do I properly set the documents up? What cover sheets do I need, and how do I properly send these documents to them? Do I need photos of our marriage? Will I need to send more proof of our relationship? I have my own land, and I have two daughters from a previous marriage. We have one daughter together. We are trying to get all this sorted soon because we are on a deadline. Our 2 year old daughter has anxiety from the back and forth from traveling that she is scared that we are going to leave her. The doctor has requested we take her to a psychologist because she is really afraid of me leaving. Now that we are finally married and he is here she is afraid he is going to leave again and cries uncontrollably when he or I go anywhere. Even to the bathroom, she will scream and run to either of us to pick her up. Its hard and even sad to see how this has effected her. My other daughters love him as well and hate when he has to go home, or I have to go down to Australia to take my younger daughter to see him without them. If the tickets were not so much I would have taken my other two daughters. They did go down last year when my father in law was diagnosed with terminal cancer. We all stayed in Australia for 3 months until he passed away. It was hard on everyone because they loved their grandpa so much, even though most of their relationship was online with him everyday. He loved them all so much too. When he finally got to meet them in person he spent the whole three months with them outside playing and watching them play. Until the last 7 days of our stay. Then he took a turn for the worse and he had to go to the hospital. We extended our stay for another week to bury him and we had to go home. It was the hardest thing to do with our family's loss, then having to leave them with the pain and loss of us going home as well. We really need to get this done so that our girls and each other wont suffer anymore. The distance is horrible, and its so hard when we have to work, and balance our lives around the computer. Which stays on 24/7 on yahoo messenger or Skype to keep in touch. So we stayed online all the time. We even slept with the messengers on. My daugthers would wake up and call for him to make sure he was still online and the call didn't drop out. My little one would even wake up in the middle of the night and cry for her daddy to sing her back to sleep. It would be devastating to have to go back to that if this does not get approved. Can anyone help us. We are so confused on all this and want to get it done right. We can't afford to get it disapproved. Thanks so much for helping. God bless everyone. love sandy

Proof of relationship is not required, other than a copy of your marriage certificate. Save that type of evidence for the interview, if you even have one.

The only things I see missing are the I-765 and I-131 along with their supporting documentation.
