Sorry if this has been answered before (I looked) but am still not 100% sure about this.

My spouse will be the only sponsor for me, hence why she'll file the ez version. We filed our taxes jointly in 2013, and total income was above 125%, though barely. I didn't make much money last year but started a new job last month. Anyway, here are my questions:

1) Without my income from 2013, my spouse will be barely below the 125% poverty line. We will still put our joint total income on i-864ez since that form doesn't say how much she or I made individually. Correct? And not the income documented on her 2013 W2?

2) Even though we filed jointly, since I am the intending immigrant, I will not have to fill out i-864a. Or do I? I know if I do, my spouse can't file i-864ez but only the regular i-864 form.

3) My spouse's current income is way above the 125% guideline. We plan on sending our 2013 IRS tax return (1040a), her 2013 W2, her last 6 pay stubs and a letter from her employer stating her current/expected annual income. Is this enough? Or do I also need so send my 2013 W2?

Thanks! I appreciate your help.
