Hello everyone, today we had our aos interview in Seattle, WA and the officer asked my wife more than 100 questions, she also asked me same questions, we missed at least 3 questions of those hundreds of questions.

My wife said I take pills, but I said nothing I know,........... My wife said I don't use debit or credit card, but I said she sometimes use........ That's the main two questions we missed. And at the end of the interview, the officer said I will review the interview and you'll received letter in the mail...

What do you guys think the situation, what's next If we failed that interview because of this two questions? What we should do it? Should they kick my wife out of US?

Thanks for the advice.

My wife came US with K1 Visa, and now this interview was for Her aos.

I doubt this will be seen as a failure. The officer must have needed more time to review everything before approving the case. Just give them some time to send the letter. The letter could be an RFE which when complied with will complete the case for approval.

Thank you Ning, That's maybe right who knows. The officer asked more than 150 questions, and we missed at least 3 questions, and one of these questions is really big thing it can affect the whole case and that's the pills. My wife said I take pills, but I told the officer that My wife has Degree of Nursing, and I have no clue whether she use pills or not, she always asks me buy something from Rite aid and I do...

So basically I'm kind of hopeless now but that being said God can make things better so they might approved who knows lol......... I'm just worried about what's next .... let's just wait and see after one week...

Hey,Username1000! I am sure you will be approved! I also had my interview in Seattle and after it I did not get any answer, whether i was approved or not... the officer said i would hear from them if they needed anything else from me. I kept checking my AOS status online same day and it changed 4 times, and finally got to the "new card/document production" :D and thanks to that I knew I got approved :-) good luck!

What country? It is unusual though not impossible for them to do a Stokes interview after getting a K-1 visa.

Thanks Harpa Timsah. So usually they don't have stokes interview on K1 VISA? Is that mean they will deny it if they don't approved it?

3 isn't a big deal, 5 or more discrepancies could be a problem though, so I'm pretty sure you will get an approval. What country Is your wife from?

Good luck

Thanks a lot...... My wife is from Ethiopia, and yes I think we missed at least 3 questions so far. I think it's not about how many questions you missed, it's about how important is that question... But you now what, I have a dream, lol... Thank you so much everyone for your help and advice..
