I got approved on April 5,2014 in Ciudad Juarez (yay!) and came back to Morelia Michoacan, where I am awaiting my visa. They told me I must keep track of it on the usvisa-info.com webpage but I see this message...

"There is no information on the Waybill Number at this time."

That kind of freaks me out... hahahah Is there anything I must do to obtain the waybill number?? For some reason I am scared something might be wrong.

Thanks For your help!

Fernanda!

I had my interview two days before you and I was approved too. Mine says the same thing. You can also check this ceac website and see the status of the visa. Mine says issued so it's should be coming soon. And they waybill number will show up soon. Good luck! https://ceac.state.gov/CEACStatTracker/Status.aspx?eQs=WwjqOlbeRYzCYubaSQI+RA==

You don't get a waybill until they actually send you the package, just because it has been issued doesn't mean they physically have sent it, waybill is just the package tracking number
