I'm trying to see if there is anyone that filed in Decmeber that has been touched. I've seen a couple of NOA2s but no posts on touchings.

Dec 2, 2006 -- 129f sent via USPS to TSC.

Dec 5, 2006 -- 129f arrived, noticed left.

Dec 6, 2006 -- 129f second try, successful !! Signed by M.S.

Dec 11, 2006 -- Received at CSC

Dec 15, 2006 -- NOA1 snail mail

Feb 27, 2007 -- E-Mail from CHRIS. APPROVED. NOA2

Mar 2, 2007 -- NOA2 snail mail.

Mar 15, 2007 -- Packet 3 received.

Mar 30, 2007 -- Packet 4 received

Apr 27, 2007 -- Date of the interview.

October 10, 2006 - Mailed I-129F to TSC via Express Mail guaranteed 3 day delivery (NOT!!)

October 23, 2006 - NOA1

October 27, 2006 - Check cashed - called bank to obtain case# from back of check

October 31, 2006 - Received NOA1 via snail mail

January 17, 2007 - NOA2

January 24, 2007 - NVC received petition

January 25, 2007 - Petition forwarded to Ghana

March 11, 2007 - Fiance receives letter from Embassy dated February 12 informing him to come pick up Packet 3!!! (case never lost!!!)

March 27, 2007 - Packet 3 received from Embassy

March 28, 2007 - Packet 3 returned, Packet 4 received with interview date

July 12, 2007 - Interview Date

August 10, 2007 - Picked up Visa from American Embassy in Accra

August 11, 2007 - Engagement Ceremony in Accra, Ghana

August 21, 2007 - MY BABY CAME HOME!!! POE - JFK

AOS

August 27, 2007 - Civil Marriage Ceremony

September 21, 2007 - Package sent to Chicago Lockbox

September 28, 2007 - Check cashed

October 1, 2007 - Received NOA's (1-485, I-131, I-765) in mail dated September 27, 2007

October 21, 2007 - Wedding Day!!

October 22, 2007 - Original date for Biometrics appt (missed appt because of honeymoon)

November 7, 2007 - Walked in to USCIS Jacksonville and had biometrics taken with no problems

November 13, 2007 - AP Received

November 19, 2007 - EAD Received

November 29, 2007 - Case transferred to CSC

January 22, 2007 - RECEIVED GREEN CARD IN MAIL DATED JANUARY 14, 2008!!!!

Those NOA2s will be from Vermont, if they're December filers. I'm an October filer (to California via Nebraska) and our case hasn't been touched at all since it got transferred to CSC. You're going to have quite a wait ahead of you yet... :)

2005 - We met

2006 - Filed I-129F

2007 - K-1 issued, moved to US, completed AOS (a busy year, immigration-wise)

2009 - Conditions lifted

2010 - Will be naturalising. Buh-bye, USCIS! smile.png

True. The average wait these days for CSC filers seems to be 2-3 months. We were approved in 72 days so if you just filed 3 weeks ago you probably have a bit of a wait. Good luck.

03/2007 - K1 approved

04/2007 - Apply for AOS & EAD

07/2007 - EAD approved

01/2008 - Conditional Residency approved

11/2009 - Apply to remove conditions

02/2010 - Permanent Residency approved

11/2010 - Apply for Citizenship

03/2011 - Citizenship approved

07/2011 - Moved back to Brazil

Im a september filer and I havn't been touched, every day i check but with no suprise its always the same...iam very tired of it all..

March 2006--Met while studying together in Bremen, Germany(what an unbelievable blessing)

May 2006----I flew from Frankfurt to Minsk, Belarus to be with her and her family(best time of my life)

July 2006----Presented her with a ring in Warsaw...the most wonderful, but fastest days of my life

July 2006----Back in Kansas, feeling half the man iam without her

September 2006--File for the I-129F at the NSC, then diverted to the CSC

September 2006--NOA1, CSC, September 18

October 2006-----Touched, only to correct a minor error in the spelling of my adress(better safe then sorry)

January 19th 2007---I just can't belive this, the day has come! Ketino and I are approved!!What a wonderful fealing it is!!

January 31st---NVC mailes packet to U.S embassy in Warsaw, Poland.

February 13th-- Ketino recieves packet 3 from the embassy

February 14th-- Ketino sends the packet back to the emabssy

December filer here... Ours was touched 2 days after they received it but I guess not mainly because they were already working on it but to let us know that they just opened our packet and ran a brief checking. Be patient because some VJers here still waiting and they've been through a lot.

We've been touched I think. It says online that we had activity on our account on Dec 21st, 2006 (and we got our NOA1 on Dec 15th). Does activity on our account mean we've been "touched".
