sent out two envelopes, one has confirmed by NVC but another one not yet confirmed

Hi All,

I sent out corrected 864ez form (fixed the total income) and IV package in the speared envelopes for different Dept of NVC per their request on 3/15. Couple days ago I got email from NVC indicated that they have reviewed my IV package, but just waiting for my 864ez form. So apparently the two departments don;t talk to each other, Unfortunately, I lost the USPS tracking number, so I am just hoping that they do have my corrected 864ez form, but not yet get to review it and file it. It's been 3 weeks, should I call NVC to confirm the status? but since I don't have the tracking number for the mail what would i say to them?

Below are the contents of the checklist, they didn't say anything wrong with the online DS-230 FORM or the civil documents, does this mean once they got the corrected 864ez FORM they will be able to close the case and schedule the interview date?

_F - FINANCIAL EVIDENCE:______________________________________The NVC has received the requested Immigrant Visa Application (DS-230). However, we are stillwaiting for the response to the checklist letter for the Affidavit of Support (Form I-864). Please returnthe requested information so that we may complete the processing of your case.When responding to the National Visa Center, please include the bar code sheet that came with thisletter. Failure to include the bar code sheet may cause a delay in the processing of your case. The barcode sheet should be placed on top of all documents being submitted for this case and mailed to theaddress provided.

that is a false checklist saying the IV documentation was reviewed.

You sent a DS-230?!? Everything is an online DS-260 now....

yes, I submitted DS-260 online on 3/15 as well and also mailed DS-230 same day since I had filled it out before I realized that they don't need DS-230 anymore, but no harms to send it anyway.
