Hello your cover letter is awesome. Please remember to change that "removal of conditions" to " citizenship".

This is my point of view and I'm not trying to push it on you but I feel like you have a lot of evidence (more then you need). I sent my application, copy of green card , copy of my wife's passport , copies of kids birth certificates, copies of taxes and w2s for the last 3 years, 2 bills ( 2 months each) for electricity and cable, selective service letter. That's all. At the interview I took two new bills (same things as above), car and health insurance. Again I'm not saying you shouldn't send what you have but I want you to remember that this step is a lot easier then the previous two. Good luck.

Looks good. you can probably take out the part where you say petitioner and beneficiary. There is only applicant (you) in this process. although your eligibility is based on marriage, you're applying alone, not together. Unless I missed something? Because my USC spouse did not sign the application.. Just me.

Okay, I'm very confused now. Why is there a Petitioner? As far as I know my signature (I'm the one applying for citizenship) was the only one required on the form, or am I missing something here?!!! :bonk::wacko:

I also dont understand why it says Removal of Conditions? are you applying for citizenship or ROC?

I did send a cover letter. I don't know if it helps them at all, but I always try and send as much as I can, because if there is the slightest chance it might help the process go faster then I'll do it and if it doesnt help them at all I guess they can just trash it lol

Waste of time, officers look at these applications eight hours a day, and either accept or reject them for such things like omissions, spelling errors, and the required evidence.

Better to make sure your N-400 is correct and don't forget those N/A's and try to organize your evidence in a neat and orderly fashion. We also used a yellow highlighter for our joint names and other key information to make their job easier. N-400 went through nice and quick.

Spent hours trying to compose a good letter for our ROC, feel that did a lot more damage than good.

don't forget the G-1145 notification form, and 2 passport photos of you.only you sign the N-400 form. you don't need the approval roc letter.you don't need a copy of your wages, since your sending w-2 tax returns three years.tax transcripts would be better.you don't need to put the school you attended in the cover letter.you don't need the joint cosco statements.you have more then enough living together marriage evidence. good luck.
