I called the nvc and they said they can't say if it was delievered or nit. She referenced me to the ceac websit and advise me to email the consulate and call and I have exhausted those options already.

All she can say its issued.

ok - after the status changes to 'issued',

the IV Unit still has to prepare the visa packet. There's a new queue for that, could take anywhere from 2 to 12 days, depending on the size of the queue and your place in the queue. It's a manual process.

Once the visa packet is assembled, it's lobbed over to the mailroom, and the courier comes by each day for a pickup.

If it's been more than 12 days (calendar days) then something is grossly wrong at the IV Unit.

Sometimes my language usage seems confusing - please feel free to 'read it twice', just in case !

then perhaps 'issued' has a different meaning across the two places. That's all I can suggest, really !

Called domex and nothing once again.

Be patient and trust in God,

God's time is perfect all arrive in the exact time.

Look to me, I was approved on march 18, but I am in administrative processing from march 24 and last update april 7, but I am waiting that is all you can do.

When you call or e-mail them sometimes you drive more crazy because they say diferents things.

So best option is wait.

I am waiting in Jesus'name.

I know that everything arrive in God's time.

Yes, I called them this morning and they said it was ready.

It had been ready since yesterday but they didn't updated it in their system.

My cita was on February 24, and the issued date on CEAC was on April 2.

From what I know and overheard, they get shipments daily and the best time

to call is after 3:30pm.
