Forms to send in when mailing AOS papers to NVC

I love all the good advice that is given here and I have a couple questions to ask. I am preparing my papers for the AOS and it says I need to provide Employment verification. I am the US citizen trying to get my Husband from Morocco here. I have read that I need to have an I-9 form completed but as I read it, it looks like more of a form for some one who is getting the visa to do not the other way around. Also is there any thing else I should include to help speed things up other then tax papers and pay stubs? Any advice would be greatly appreciated :)

I9s are for companies to verify work eligibility for their employees. Along with tax returns for the last three years, you should also get a letter from your employer stating your position, length of employment, salary, and something to the effect of a statement saying that you will continue to be employed with them for the foreseeable future.

Ok, that makes more sense now. And thank you for your information, I will get my employer to do this for me, they are a great company and shouldn't be very hard to do lol.

We didn't bother with an employer letter and sent in 6 months of pay stubs.
