Any website you guys recommend that we can use to pay utility bills for our families in the philippines?

Do you have a bank account here in the Philippines (e.g., BPI, BDO)? You can pay utility bills by enrolling them into your account, and be able to pay via online transaction. Note that these two banks offer secure login. I've been paying my credit card bills and mobile phone bills via online and mobile bank transaction, and it's been a wonderful hassle-free experience.
