Hello everyone.

I just found out that i own 370 for taxes.

I gave the money to my father to pay on June and he never pay my taxes. He just kept the money and he lie on me.

Is it any possibility to deny my noa2 and later my visa cause i own 370 for taxes?

I ll try to pay it but i really cant give all the money at once so probably i ll give every month a small amount.

Im super worry!

you owing taxes in your home country has nothing to do with USCIS adjudicating your petition.

Don't sure if your home country will prevent you from leaving if you did not pay taxes.

USCIS conducts background check, consisting of certain criminal background and security checks, not checking if you have paid your bills or not.

Some people with bad credits, owing banks money are still able to migrate to US without a problem.

Yes, Your debts have no impact on whether or not a K-1 visa is approved.

As reassurance to OP, consider this... One of the things we partitioners who are US citizens must do is provide proof that we can financially support those that we are sponsoring. The US government is going to look closely at rather we the USC can provide said support or not. Once you enter the USA and marry the partitioner he or she is responsible for you not becomming a burden on the USA for 10 years. Unless not paying taxes is a criminal offense then I wouldn't worry about it. On the other hand, why not ask your finacee for a loan or to help you out with this. Not that $370 USD is a small amount of money but for a USC who is gainfully employed with even modest credit comming up with $370, even if it's thru a credit card advance should be possible and you could get out from under this fear quickly and easily.

My fiance will pay it anyway cause he taking care of me anyway! I left my job and lived with him in the Usa for 3 months and now that I'm back to my home country i cant find a new job.

So my fiance will pay it but I'm just ashamed for what my "father" did for one more time to me, and i dont want my fiance to deal with more bull**** that he already deal with my father and his family

Well, according to your timeline you time away from him shouldn't be too too much longer. I imagine it's hard in Greece from what I see on the news. Best of luck to you and your Finance. Family issues can be tough but like all issues dealing with them together makes you both stronger in the end. God bless you both.

Request IRS for Form 9465. Write your Social Security Number , the tax year and the Notice number on it, This is an installment agreement form that allows you make partial payments to IRS until your debt is paid, but they will tack on interest. You'll be fine as long as you are making an effort to pay.
