ooh sorry , I forgot to tell you about the case statue I sent you before

its not my case , I put a wrong case number so I was confused .sorry for that

So you don't have case complete since 11/28/2013? You been on the interview list since then. Now you say you don't even have a case #.

So I am very confused I thought all this time you were waiting for interview. So please clear this up where are you in the process?

No, I have a case and im waiting for interview since 28 nov

I was talking about this msg I sent before :

(((I just see this in case statue

Case Creation Date: 27-Jan-2014

Status Updated Date: 29-Jan-2014

Your visa is in final processing. If you have not received it in more than 10 working days, please see the webpage for contact information of the embassy or consulate where you submitted your application.

Can you help me understand it ?

Is it. 10 ddays from Status Updated Date or what )))

This statue was not about my case because when we call nvc they told us this information isn't about your case so we discover later that I put a wrong case num

We sent an expedite to nvc for my son to be in the interview with me

They sent us this message today

(The National Visa Center (NVC) received your inquiry regarding the immigrant visa petition: SRC××××××××

The correspondence submitted is currently under review. An appropriate action will be taken once this review is completed.)

So is this mean that they will do anything for us !!!

And how long does it usually take to complete processing in nvc if they accept the expedite ??
