Fiance is scheduled for interview on May 05. Does he need to bring both? The 2013 ITR and 1040? Just wondering. :)

Only need the 1040 with Form W-2 with Employment letters.

From the USICS instructions this is a direct quote.

You should also submit your petitioner’s most recent U.S. Federal income tax return (Form 1040) and wage statements (Form W-2). Employment letters stating salaries and bank
statements may be included to substantiate the I-134. Download Form I-134 at

Your fiance should bring your 2013 Form-1040 and wage statements W2 during the interview, as supporting documents to your originally signed I-134.

1040 is the ITR. You can also use tax transcripts, but absolutely no issue with the 1040. And of course you need the W-2 as well.

Add'l info: If petitioner's latest ITR and W-2 reflects well-above 125% of the poverty guideline, only the latest 1040 and W-2 are asked during interview. Otherwise, some are advised to bring a recent employment letter and updated bank statements of the petitioner. :)

Thank you all for the replies. I do have the 1040,ITR and W2 2013 and letter from my employee sent to him. AHHH I just can't wait until everything is over! hehe Goodluck to everyone else! :)
