Where on an immigrant visa application form does one check “Yes” to elect to receive a Social Security Number Card upon admission to the US as an immigrant?

The visa app process will take place in Bangkok and we'll arrive in the US after more than 2 years of marriage.

Below is what I read:

How to Apply for a Social Security Number Card

If you elected on your immigrant visa application form to receive your Social Security Number Card upon admission to the United States as an immigrant, your card will be sent via mail to the U.S. address you designated on your application form, and should arrive approximately six weeks following your admission. If you did not elect to receive your Social Security Number Card automatically, you will have to apply to be issued a card following your arrival in the United States. To learn about applying for a Social Security Number Card, visit the Social Security Administration website.

I think I found the answer to my question. See below. This is from another thread here in VJ.

took my husband 7 weeks to get his green card, 8 to get his SS number and card. He ticked the box to have SS card sent after POE on his IV application, but he went to the local SS office a week after he arrived and applied in person, and it still took 8 weeks
