All minors 12 years old and below are exempt from the CFO interview but you are required to register them as they do require to have a CFO certificate prior to departure. Visit http://www.cfo.gov.ph/index.php?option=com_content&view=article&id=1301:registration-and-pre-departure-services&catid=110:frequently-asked-questions&Itemid=858 scroll down to question "Who is exempted from CFO".

More information for the registration process and document requirements can be found here.

 No you will not attend any counseling at PRISM as they no longer proctor the CFO certificate. See below. Also, see the above information for further CFO processing.

1st - there is no PRISM anymore for CFO. All CFO counseling is done at the CFO office in Manila or Cebu.

There is a section on CFO in my link ... follow the flashing arrow below.

Is the online appointment they're implementing accessible for Peer Counseling as well? I've tried to register my children, I can't even get past the sign up part, kept saying captcode something do not match. I've sent them an email hoping to get help but I was told that maybe their site is down which I've tried for days btw and that I dont need to register online. But if you want to make an appointment online, dont you have to be registered?
