Hello,

I am going to apply for AOS soon.

Where can I found my A# and nonimmigrant visa number requested on form I-485?

April 19, 2006 Sent I-129F

September 7, 2006- NOA2 APPROVED!!!! ** Approved in 141 days

December 5, 2006 K-1 visa in hand

December 28, 2007 Our Wedding Day

AOS process

April 11, 2007 Sent I-485 for AOS

June 28, 2007 Interview - Green card is on its way

Raffy,

The A# may be on the Receipt Notice (if from the VSC) or the Appoval Notice for the petition. Some consulates may put it on the visa, in the notation section below the photo. It will almost certainly be hand-written on the I-94.

Either the black Control Number in the upper-right area of the visa or the red number in the lower-right area of the visa can be used for the visa number.
