I filed for I751 back in July 8, 2013. USCIS Received it the next day. Had my biometric taken roughly a month later on 8/5/2013.

And ever since after that is dead silence.... Tried calling Customer Service Center. The representative told me pretty much to chill out and wait since I am still within normal processing time period? It was end of March when I last called, If you start counting from July 9. That's already 8 month waiting period. How can that be normal, it has already exceeded 6-month??? She also told me that USCIS is "currently" processing July 2, 2013 flers which when I check the processing time on their site also corresponds to what she says.

What should I do now ?? So frustrated. Should I speak to a Tier 2 rep first or just make a info pass and go in?

What date is exactly my "normal processing" time expired?

Thanks in advance.

USCIS website just updated processing timeline on April 3rd. https://egov.uscis.gov/cris/processingTimesDisplay.do

And CSC for I-751 is back to "6 months". So, you are now officially out of normal timeline. Call them again!

And you can also try e-request on USCIS website here https://egov.uscis.gov/e-Request/Intro.do?locale=en_US

I saw 1 member in this forum tried and got approved soon after they submited...

Thanks Yurika. You're very helpful

Just got off the phone w/ Tier 2 rep from a 2 hr and 51 min wait time. Pretty much he told me to put in a e-request like you said and wait 15 more days and call back.

Which I have already did. And he told me there's nothing else I can do except putting the request for you....

You could file your N-400 if you are still married, been married for 3 years and if you had your first Green Card for 3 years MINUS 90 days (NOT 3 months). (Plus if you are eligible otherwise e.g. have been outside the US for a maximum of 18 months the last 3 years, no long absences, etc.)

That would force them to adjudicate your I-751.
