I probably should re word my title to Married before applying for an SSN. I have been able to access my electronic I-94 almost two days after i got here, thats the earliest i checked, but i havent applied yet as i was under the impression i should wait two weeks. However we gt married before i even applied. Which page is the issue on as i go to page 5 and it seems to repeat it self

The I-94 is automated now and so some people are finding they do not need to wait 2 weeks to make sure they are in the system. The info is already scanned into the system, so nothing needs to be entered from a paper copy anymore.

Issues with getting the SSN after marriage have to do with the SSA workers not knowing their own jobs a lot of the time. They tell people getting married cancels out the K-1 status, so they are no longer eligible, which it does not. Some have even been told getting married now made them a K-3, which we know it is does not. Many are told they now need to wait for their EAD or green card. They do not understand the different visas and how immigration works, so they really need to stop trying to deal in immigration and just learn their jobs. Since you are male and not changing your name, you may be able to just apply for the SSN based on your K-1 and I-94 info without ever needing to disclose you are married.

You're fine. My husband and I got married, then he applied for SSN. As long as your I-94 has at least 2 weeks validity left, you are able to get a SSN.

congrats on your recent wedding!
