Thanks to everyone that has been helping me in one way or the other since the beginning of thise process. I have a questions what are the civil documents that i have to send to NVC, and can i send it before my affidavit of support am waiting for my 2013 tax transcript or can i just send all my w2s form and my pay stubs? Please help me on thise.

The IV package has to do with the DS-261 and you paying the IV Bill. Once you pay that you are free to send in. Has nothing to do with the AOS package.

Thanks dwheels76 for your quick response, but my husband unexpired passport,birth certificate and police report are not here with me what should i do? I have is photo passport and marriage certificate is with me.

I don't understand what you mean what do you do? When its time to send to NVC you send it in. He needs to send to you and then you can send in all of it with the bar-coded cover sheet to NVC when that time comes.

No one is angry with you.

Originals or certified MUST be sent in. Trust me NVC will hold you up forever on that one. No scanning nothing. So all his documents will have to be mailed to you (I strongly suggest FedEx cost $85 to $100 to send under 1 lb.)

All of us have to go through this back and forth and mailing (except the electronic processing folk).

And ask away that's how we learn. But do read the NVC process wiki just to know whats up. Alot of good information in there.

One thing that need to Clear us up you said you still waiting for your 2013 w2? Already april and suppose to be should had been done before april 15 almost closer you must get that done before 15.

Once you done to it you will have a copy of yours 1050 form
