Adjustment from H1B via marriage

So I have begun the pst biometrics waiting game and have been curious about the wait time. It seems some people wait and additional month or two, others another 3 or 4 before their interview. Of course none there is no formula to this. However, does being on H1B and having a substantial 14 year record of living in the country on F1 visas then H1B speed up the process at all?

I am just curious.

Sincerely,

Impatient and Curious
