Hey everyone...

I and my fiance in the first phase of the K1 Visa,

My fiance has sent the package I-129F a 10 days ago.
How do we know that it has been received by NOA1???

I have read all the instructions on the site about the K1 visa
But, how do you know it was received the package I-129F by NOA1??????
Is it necessary to the receipt of this e-mail?

Waalaikum salam,

If you submitted the G-1145 form with your I-129f then you will receive text/email from uscis that they have accepted your file, and they will send you a formal letter regarding the NOA1 (I-797).

I Didn't send G-1145(((Because he mentioned optional))), We have sent g-325a.
We have sent all the stuff mentioned in the K1 Visa Step-by-Step Guide....
So what we will do ?

If you did not send the G-1145 for e-notification, then you will have to wait for the NOA1 receipt notice letter to be mailed to you.
