Can you help,

I entered the US in Oct 2006 on an L1a visa and want to apply for an AOS to get a green card and subsequently naturalise.

What is the best route? Where do I start? any information/ advice welcome as the company I work for are hesitant to do this given my relatively short tenure here.

for me ... I sold/ gave up everytihng in the UK to move here, I have no plans to return to the UK ... I also want the peace of mind that a green card brings with regards to job security/ withdrawal of the L1 by the company I work for.
