Can we schedule interview in Lagos with just case no, not case complete

Hi everyone. I have not mailed IV package yet. My husband will be sending me police certificate next week. I haven't mailed affidavit of support yet- waiting on tax transcripts ( can't order online bc I have been victim of identity theft with irs in the past). I completed online ds 260 today. So with just my case number and no case complete, can my husband schedule interview? How does he go about this???? Thanks everyone

No sorry everything going forward will be done by NVC. Only K1 schedule there own interviews spousal visas.

Until you have case complete at NVC no interview can be scheduled.

It will take about 20 to 30 days to review and accept the IV and AOS package so until then you are in a holding pattern.

Remember the police certificate is only good for 3 months so I hope you get everything in by then to NVC. Usually for Nigeria its 1 to 2 month wait after case complete to get interview. It all is dependent on when you get case complete.
